Skids are heavy duty 180mm steel RSJ universal beams.

Air conditioner opening in end of donga supplied at no extra cost.

Framing is welded galvanized steel house framing, walls are Colourbond Maxirib.

Flooring is yellow tongue commercial grade flooring.
